NBN: What's it good for?

The Scoop host Mark Jones is joined by NBN Expert Panel member, the University of Adelaide's Professor Reg Coutts and BuddeComm managing director Paul Budde to discuss what services require a 100Mbps broadband network. Prof Coutts also offers his insights into the Expert Panel's thinking.
